Nicole Rodgers is a young fashion designer that moved to Victoria from a small agricultural town to purse her dreams. In June 2017 she graduated from Pacific Design Academy's Fashion Program. She is now working on building her young business, Arianrhod Designs, in hopes of creating an eco-friendly brand that also caters to the custom clothing industry.
